myneva Extends Management Team: Werner Hoellrigl Appointed to the Management Board as Chief Operating Officer

Essen, November 3, 2025 – The myneva Group is extending its management team and appointing Werner Hoellrigl to the Management Board as of December 1, 2025. He will take on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will be responsible for overseeing the Group’s operational business across all countries. The position has been newly created. Hoellrigl currently serves as Technology Cloud Business Execution Leader EMEA at Oracle and brings extensive experience in cloud computing, IT security, and regulated industries. He is already a member of the myneva Group’s advisory board, giving him deep familiarity with the company.
Strategic Expansion of the Management Board
With Werner Hoellrigl joining the Management Board, the myneva Group is responding to its dynamic growth over recent years. Since 2023, the company has increased its revenue by more than 35 percent – through both organic growth and targeted acquisitions. This course is set to continue in the coming years.

Experienced Technology and Security Expert
Werner Hoellrigl brings many years of leadership experience from international technology companies. In addition to his current position at Oracle, he has previously held senior roles at Microsoft and EASY Software. As a recognized expert in security and cloud technologies, he will support the myneva Group in scaling the organization and implementing its growth strategy.
