Through its cooperation with the Gesichter Gegen Rechts (Faces Against the Far Right) initiative and a joint photo shoot at the Altenpflege Fair 2025 on April 8, myneva is making a powerful statement for diversity, respect, tolerance, and integrity.
Essen, March 18, 2025 – Diversity, respect & tolerance, and integrity are not just values that myneva upholds internally – they are also the foundation of a strong and open society. That’s why the European software provider myneva is partnering with the photography initiative Gesichter Gegen Rechts to send a visible message against discrimination and right-wing extremism and in favor of a democratic, diverse society.
As a company that develops digital solutions for the social and care sector, myneva sees diversity as a key strength. “Our industry thrives on the diversity of the people who shape it. Care can only function with respect, tolerance, and mutual appreciation. Our cooperation with Gesichter Gegen Rechts is a clear commitment to these values and a call to take a stand,” says Dieter Weißhaar, CEO of the myneva Group.
The long-term photographic project Gesichter Gegen Rechts is dedicated to encouraging people across Europe to position themselves against discrimination and in support of democratic values through expressive portraits – creating a powerful visual statement for diversity, openness, and respect. myneva actively supports this initiative and invites employees, customers, and partners to become part of it.
A special highlight of the collaboration will be a joint photo shoot with Gesichter Gegen Rechts at the Altenpflege Fair 2025 on April 8 from 10 AM to 6 PM in Nuremberg.

About Gesichter Gegen Rechts
Gesichter Gegen Rechts is a Europe-wide initiative that uses striking, colorful portraits to send a clear message against right-wing extremism, discrimination, and exclusion. Organized photo shoots across Germany and other European countries capture powerful images of people who stand for openness, diversity, and a democratic society.
The photo shoots are open to anyone who wants to support these values and make a visible statement. Each portrait becomes part of a growing collection that highlights one key message: We are the majority – every face counts!
The initiative was founded by photographers Anne Manke and Kai Mattern, who not only bring people together through their work but also create a visual platform for solidarity and social cohesion.
