Essen, April 2, 2026 – The myneva Group has appointed Christian Ladreiter (33) to its management board effective June 1, 2026. He will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will be responsible for the Group’s financial strategy and management going forward. Dominik Maurer will leave the company on May 31, 2026, at his own request to pursue new professional opportunities.
Further Development of the Leadership Team for the Next Growth Phase
With the appointment of Christian Ladreiter, the myneva Group is strategically advancing its leadership team and aligning it consistently with the next phase of international scaling. The objective is to further strengthen modern, growth-oriented structures and to expand the organization with a clear focus on the future.

Christian Ladreiter joins from an Austrian SaaS company and brings extensive experience in managing and scaling digital business models. His areas of expertise include strategic financial planning, performance management, as well as building efficient, internationally aligned controlling and reporting structures. In addition, he has experience in cross-functional business process management during growth phases.
With his expertise, the myneva Group is further strengthening its finance organization to meet the demands of a dynamically growing European software company in the care and social services sector.
