As a European software manufacturer, we have access to many markets and see the trends and innovations. We believe that our contribution to improving care lies in digitalization, i.e. above all we want to save caregivers time so that they can concentrate on the actual work. Care throughout Europe is highly regulated and therefore involves extensive documentation requirements and administrative tasks. The digitalization of care takes place in two places: with clients themselves in the care situation and in the administration and planning of care.
Time savings through artificial intelligence
There are still paper forms that are filled out and transferred to at least one ward PC. In some cases, we already use mobile devices directly with clients, but documentation quickly takes up 25% of working time. At myneva, we can use speech recognition via artificial intelligence to significantly speed up these processes and thus relieve carers of time. This reduces workload and increases quality. The same applies to planning: whether route or shift planning. Digitalisation and AI will achieve sustainable improvements here.
Digital ecosystems for networked care
Finally, we are driving forward digital ecosystems and opening up our software platform to partners who can provide further assistance with telemedicine or sensor technology to improve the care situation. We are also connecting our software to national telematics infrastructures in the healthcare sector so that e-prescriptions, communication and the exchange of sensitive data can function securely, making processes faster and more digital. Digital ecosystems also include clients' relatives in order to involve them in the care process and exchange information more easily and simply.
