What an honor! myneva has been recognized with the DUP UNTERNEHMER Service Champion Award 2025, presented by the Deutsches Institut für Service-Qualität (DISQ). This award is a proud achievement for our entire team – and above all, a strong signal to our customers: myneva stands for outstanding service quality, reliability, and customer focus.

A strong signal for excellent service 

The award ceremony took place in Essen, where our CISO Jens accepted the recognition on behalf of all myneva employees. The award was personally presented by Brigitte Zypries, former German Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy – a moment that made us very proud. 

The award is based on an independent analysis by DISQ, evaluating the service quality of companies across Germany. Our result: 95.8% customer satisfaction – in a demanding and dynamic market environment.
