As an ambitious team we are pursuing increasing internationalization and the clear mission to become #1 in Europe. To achieve this goal, we are looking for an Inbound Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your Mission: 
As an Inbound Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute our inbound marketing strategy to attract, engage, and convert leads into loyal customers. You will partner with our Marketing, Sales and Product teams to create high-quality, relevant content that resonates with our target audience and helps our business grow. 

What you do: 

  • Content Calendar Management: Develop and oversee a diverse content/editorial calendar to attract a qualified audience to our owned properties, including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, and more.
  • Lead Growth: Drive the growth of new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting website traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content, including offers.
  • Optimize our Marketing Automation: Enhance our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes across email, content, and social channels to improve lead generation efficiency.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics: Collaborate with the sales team to establish closed-loop analytics, gaining insights into how our inbound marketing efforts convert into customers. Continuously refine our processes to enhance customer conversion.

What you bring: 

  • Inbound Marketing Expertise: You have a proven track record of building successful inbound marketing engines. This includes a deep understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), lead conversion strategies, and retention marketing techniques.
  • HubSpot expertise: You have proven expertise in marketing automation using HubSpot.
  • Exceptional written communication in German and English: You have strong written skills for effective communication. You can craft compelling messages and articulate ideas clearly at all levels.
  • Creative Thinking and Problem Solving: You are an innovative thinker and adept at problem-solving.
  • Data-Driven and Research-Oriented: You have a strong inclination towards data-driven decision-making. You are comfortable analysing data, conducting research, and using insights to inform your marketing strategies.
  • Bonus Skills: you have knowledge in HTML/CSS and the Adobe Creative Suite enabling you to create visually appealing marketing materials.
