Your Mission: 
As a Customer Experience Manager you will be the driving force behind our commitment to exceeding customer expectations. You will proactively help to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring every interaction meets customer needs and optimizing the customer life cycle. You will be the bridge between our customers and our brand and ensure that every touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient and effective. 

What you do: 

•    Customer Journey Enhancement: Analyse and optimize our customer journey to create delightful experiences.
•    Customer Retention: Boost retention, reduce churn, and elevate satisfaction.
•    Journey Mapping: Identify proactive intervention points in the customer journey.
•    Issue Resolution: Guide the teams in resolving client issues with professionalism and empathy.
•    Customer Insights: Develop listening points, segmentation strategies, and improvement opportunities.
•    Innovation: Test new strategies to exceed customer expectations.
•    Process Evolution: Continuously refine processes for customer interaction oversight.
