Independently conducted, comparable across Europe

The Trend Study Care & Social Affairs 2026 was commissioned by myneva and conducted by the independent market research institute Civey. A total of 3,525 care and social services professionals and leaders from seven European countries were surveyed from 15 May to 1 June 2026.

The findings show how respondents view workload, digitalization and the future role of intelligent digital assistants.
