As an ambitious team we are pursuing increasing internationalization and the clear mission to become #1 in Europe. To achieve this goal, we are looking for an Event Manager (m/f/d) to join our Marketing team as soon as possible.

Your Mission:

As an Event Manager you will be responsible for enhancing our organization's image, strengthening client loyalty, and elevating our brand-to-client experience. You'll orchestrate diverse events, from venue research to vendor negotiations, oversee event marketing, budget, and timelines, and ensure objectives are met. Your creativity, organization, and vision will amplify our brand and relations.

What you do: 

  • Venue Research and Booking: Identify and secure venues that align with our event objectives and brand identity.
  • Event Calendar Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage our events calendar to ensure seamless execution.
  • Vendor Negotiations: Negotiate quotes and agreements with vendors to optimize event resources.
  • Event Marketing Support: Collaborate on event marketing efforts to maximize engagement and attendance.
  • Budget and Timeline Oversight: Monitor event budgets and timelines to ensure they align with objectives.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with our marketing, sales and product teams when organising trade shows, conferences, and customer events in all our locations (Austria, Finland, Benelux and Switzerland).
  • Networking: Build and nurture industry relationships to access valuable resources and opportunities.
  • Objective Achievement: Deliver on event brief objectives to enhance client and employee relations and reinforce our brand image.

What you bring: 

  • Event Management Experience: Proven expertise in event management, including project leadership and risk management.
  • Communication and Marketing Skills: Strong communication and marketing abilities to engage and attract participants.
  • Organizational Mastery: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in event software for seamless planning and execution.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated leadership and expert interpersonal skills to lead successful events.
